The accessibility and connectivity of Red Arrow Park was a focal point of the recently adopted Downtown Plan 2040. Proposed renderings for enhancing the park, its surrounding streets and adding a plaza around City Hall were among the recommendations. The City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County and Milwaukee Downtown are now looking to bring those recommendations to fruition through this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
